Drone Flys through House!
No script on this one — just the drone, one continuous flight path, and a Park City home that shows better in motion than any photo set could manage. Sixty seconds of flying through the front door, sweeping the living spaces, and out to the views. Watch it above; it explains itself.
Why fly-throughs became my signature
The honest answer: because they work. The majority of Park City buyers shop from out of state, and their first showing happens on a screen. Photos flatten a house into disconnected rooms; a single-take flight teaches the one thing photos can't — how the home flows. Where the kitchen sits relative to the great room, how the light moves, what the ceiling volume actually feels like, what you see out each window as you move. That spatial understanding is what turns a scrolling buyer into one who books a flight — or, increasingly in this market, writes an offer before they've stood in the foyer.
The craft, briefly
These runs are harder than they look: an FPV drone threaded through door frames and stairwells at speed, in one take, with no crash budget. Every route is planned like a ski line — entry, features, exit — because the goal isn't showing off the drone; it's showing off the house. The camera should disappear and leave only the feeling of walking (well, floating) through your next home.
For the sellers reading this
Content like this is a standing part of how I market listings — fly-throughs, cinematic tours, and a YouTube channel with an audience of Park City-obsessed viewers already attached. If your home's best feature is the layout, the light, or the views — and in Park City it usually is — then your marketing should be built to show exactly those things. Message me and I'll show you what your property looks like at flight speed.
