Inside Apres: Luxury Condos Near Alta, Brighton & Snowbird

November 18, 2025 — Explore Park City Living With John Brown

If you're looking for mountain living with luxury finishes — but don't want the Park City hustle and would rather have fast access to Cottonwood Canyons skiing — Après Condos at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon might be exactly what you've been waiting for.

The project

Après is a boutique development of just 36 condos at 7371 Canyon Centre Parkway in Cottonwood Heights, tucked against the Wasatch with Brighton, Solitude, Alta, and Snowbird all minutes away — four of the best ski resorts in Utah — while staying walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. The developer is Encore Signature Properties, the group behind Klaim in Park City and communities in Sun Valley and Holladay, with architecture by Beecher Walker and interiors by Alder & Tweed. The result is clean mountain-modern with an elegant twist.

The units

Condos range from 2 to 3 bedrooms and 1,468 to 2,264 square feet across 13 floor plans on four levels. Every unit is single-level living with a private balcony. Inside: Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, floating tubs, custom fireplace walls, limewashed accents, wide-plank engineered hardwood, and oversized windows. Two-bedroom units come with one underground parking stall, three-bedrooms with two, with an optional third stall available — plus an assigned ski locker.

The amenities

A rooftop deck with hot tub, fire pits, BBQs, and TVs; a Recovery Spa with sauna, steam room, and cold plunge — perfect after a ski day; a full gym and yoga studio; podcast rooms; and a grand lobby that feels more like a luxury hotel. HOA dues run about $4.08 per square foot annually and cover the spa, fitness, internet, water and sewer, snow removal, insurance, and maintenance.

Timeline, pricing, and the fine print

Sales launch in January 2026 with a sales gallery at 7331 Canyon Centre Parkway; construction starts in early 2026 with completion expected by 2028. Pricing starts in the low $1 millions, Phase 1 buyers get the best pricing, and the interest list gets a 72-hour head start before the public — reach out if you want first dibs before prices step up with each release.

One thing to know: this is not a nightly-rental play. Short-term rentals aren't allowed, and only 20% of the building can be leased long-term (six months minimum). Up to three pets are welcome. This is built for people who want a true mountain home minutes from the resorts.

Thank you to Keri Holland, the listing agent, for the early look at the project details so I can keep you informed — I'm not the listing agent on this development. If you want early access or a tour of the finishes when the gallery opens, call or text me and I'll walk you through it.
